State of Confusion

Bio:

State of confusion was started in 1992. Their first album/demo Incompatible came out the following year in 1993. Despite its low production quality its limited run quickly sold out based on their live shows. Over the years that trend continued. In 1994 the released the Lobotomy album. (The full title is Just When You Thought The Lobotomy Was Working) With the local success of these two albums they continued live shows and pumping out an album per year with Point of Reception in 1995 and Stasis in 1996. In 1996 they went on general hiatus while the members completed graduate degrees. Returning in 2002 with their most acclaimed album to date Random Acts of Cruelty. In 2004 they released Still Standing and then two albums in 2005 Godless America and Cycle of Suffering. Needing a short break while the members raised families, they released a best of collection featuring two new songs entitled Hands Down in 2006. With the members not being able to stay away long they released Depraved Indifference in the summer of 2008 and Malice Aforethought in the summer of 2010. They have begun work on their next album slated for early 2011 and a return to the live stage at that time as well.
